Winter Wellness Series: Managing Work Stress

Join Rose Celia Rosato, MA, LPC, NLP & Ava Kaplan, LCSW to learn about managing work stress. As we know, people experience work stress differently depending upon the individual aspects of who they are and their circumstances at work and in life outside of work. This workshop discusses work stress from a unique perspective which includes the importance of feeling safe, gaining insight into developing a healthy mindset, identifying the source of the problem, using a decision making matrix, and learning strategies to manage and change emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Worksheets will be provided that coincide with the presentation.

This workshop is part of our Winter Wellness Series, focusing on ways that you can incorporate and prioritize different aspects of wellness into your daily life in your work and beyond.

This will be a virtual workshop that is open to all current NJACAC members. Please register here; the webinar link will be sent to all registrants.
