Message from the NJACAC President

Hi NJACAC!

I hope this message finds you all in great spirits and ready for a refreshing summer!

First and foremost, I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who attended or participated in the NJACAC Conference this past May. Your presence and engagement were integral to the success of the event, and I am continually inspired by the dedication and passion that our members bring to our profession.

As we look ahead to the summer, I am excited to share with you two key priorities that will guide our efforts in strengthening our organization and enhancing the value we provide to our members over the next few months:

1. Onboarding Slate as Our New CRM

This past February, the Executive Committee voted to transition to Slate for the coming fiscal year. The transition to Slate as our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a significant milestone for NJACAC. Slate's comprehensive suite of tools will revolutionize how we manage member data, streamline communications, and facilitate more effective engagement.

Please note that during the transition over the next several weeks, you and/or your organization's primary member will not have access to NJACAC's member portal. This is an anticipated part of the process and will not impact your membership status in any way.

2. Professional Development and Engagement Opportunities

Professional Development has always been the cornerstone of NJACAC, providing invaluable opportunities for learning, growth, and networking. This year, we aim to build on our strong foundation by introducing new topics, formats, and speakers that address the evolving needs of our profession. Over the next few months we're continuing that trend by offering several exciting events:

Remember, if you'll planning on attending NACAC in LA, don't forget to ✅ the box on your NACAC Registration indicating you're attending the NJACAC Meeting on September 26th!

Most importantly, there's never been a better time to be an active member of NJACAC. If you have been looking for ways to contribute and shape our profession, complete this form and get involved!

Finally, I want to say a thank you for all your hard work. This past year has been really tough, and your commitment to your students, our profession, and NJACAC has been amazing. Have a fantastic and well-deserved summer! ☀️😎!

Best,

Ryan DePuy
